My story

Art has been part of my life since the day I was born.

After completing a degree in graphic design, I worked as a graphic designer by day and began creating paper cut art in my apartment at night. Eventually, I opened my own paper cut art studio in 2007, specializing in hand-cut and laser-cut ketubahs and works of Judaica, including challah boards, seder plates, candle lighting boards, home blessings, and other unique gifts for the Jewish home.

Over the years, I developed a NEW and UNIQUE style of paper cut art that translates into applied art to decorate and enhance the Jewish home.

My art is related to the Sabbath and holidays, Jewish lifecycle events, and traditional Jewish art themes — such as the Chamsa (a superstitious defense against the evil eye), Mizrach (a sign for the eastern wall of the home, indicating which way to face toward Jerusalem while praying), Woman of Valor/Eshet Chayil, Children’s Blessing, Candle Lighting Blessing, and more. I also create customized artwork for special occasions.

The main focus of my work is the Ketubah, the marriage contract central to Jewish weddings.

My art work is a wonderful gift for any occasion: wedding, gift for the home, anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, baby birth or just to treat a loved one.

My custom paper cuts combine paper cutting, calligraphy and hand paints that can be purchased as original hand cuts or laser cuts.

Please visit me in my studio in Hashmonaim outside of Modiin, half-way between Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv.
