We ordered a ketubah from Noa, why? We wanted one from Israel, and you can definitely find a load of artists from there who make ketubot - Noa stood out head and shoulders above the others.
From start to finish not only was her work beautiful but her communication (which is so important) was exemplary, many of her 'rivals' either never answered email/Whatsapp or did so days later - Noa always answered in minutes, with clear personal communication.
Then there's the quality of the work - stunning, simply stunning - the website looks great, the reality so much better - we could not be happier - and all the little extras, well packaged, beautifully wrapped and presented, even opening the package was an occasion.
Unfortunately in the journey from Israel to the UK the ketubah was damaged - this was absolutely not Noa's fault, honestly - I think this is the most secure, well-wrapped package I've ever received, if only DHL had shown the same care.
Again - that's when Noa came to the fore, instant response when we were at our most stressed, took the problem away from us and in record time a fresh ketubah was delivered - undamaged.
Comparing the two, both are lovely - but also subtly different, really showing the individual artistry and care that went into each one.
Noa is wonderful, a true artist but also a lovely person who cares for her clients and is thorough and professional throughout - we can't wait to hang the ketubah in our home and this is not the last time we'll have some of her art on our wall - don't go anywhere else!
