The Hebrew text quotes a timeless verse from one of King David’s pearls of wisdom (Psalms 137:5).
In Hebrew: “אם אשכחך ירושלים תשכח ימיני”
Phonetically: ” Im eshkachech Yerushalayim, tishkach yemini ”
English translation: “If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget itself.”
The Jerusalem letters – Wall hanging letters – This mounting form of letters creates shadows on the wall at different times of day and with lighting during darkness time and look like floating on the wall.
A beautiful and unique item of Jewish art made in Israel.
* Size: 14 x 14 inch.
*To protect the artwork, I seal the papercut between two pieces of tempered glass. This structure prevents scratches and keeps dust from entering. As a result, the piece remains beautiful for years.
*I create each artwork in Israel using fine archival velvet paper. I print the design through an offset lithographic process and carefully cut it on high-quality acid-free paper. Furthermore, I paint the details with watercolors to add warmth and dimension.
I love to make custom orders If you are looking for something special, just contact me, and we can work out the details.
